- Assist in funding and recording investment transactions, maintenance of schedule of investments, and supporting deal documentation- Prepare monthly and quarterly books & records of the Funds including monthly trial balances, partner allocations, waterfalls, accruals, schedule of investments and supporting schedules for all TPA administered funds- Assist with preparation of investor letters, maintain investor metrics and coordinate investor statements, investor letters and financial statement distributions - Maintain Capital Call analysis including: funded vs. unfunded commitment detail and ratios by investor, allocations, deal team invested capital analysis - Assist in regulatory reporting (ex: ADV, Form PF, etc)- Assist with year-end audit/financial reporting with external auditors - Prepare capital call notices and coordinate distribution with administrator - Other Ad hoc internal and external reporting requests and inquiries
