Managed a $17M education center rebuild project, oversaw 125 operations and administrative programs, supervised the construction of a 38,000 sq ft building, and facilitated the acquisition of 42 employees. Provided guidance to senior leaders and represented 11 leadership academies, advocating based on needs assessments to create development and advancement plans, strengthening career paths across the entire Enlisted Professional Military Education enterprise. Developed and implemented strategies to shape organizational culture by aligning employee knowledge, skills, abilities, and developmental resources with strategic goals, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity. Championed DEIB & innovation initiatives, implement and oversee evaluation, recognition & incentives programs to increase retention, employee satisfaction & engagement, and organizational performance.

Responsible for faculty development, oversaw course curriculum, and managed instructor hiring, training, and qualification. Led team of 22 highly-skilled Enlisted Professional Military Education Instructors at the 2nd largest Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Academy in the Air Force. Oversaw education and training of over 1,200 noncommissioned officers from all over the globe, as well as foreign nations, and three Department of Defense services. Ensured 6,000 associate degree credits were conferred through Air University annually. Guaranteed staff is fully equipped, developed, and ready to facilitate all educational outcomes. Shaped and managed policy development/implementation and succession planning actions for one of the Air Force's most elite education center.

Led day-to-day operations, environmental health and safety workplace inspections, analyzed data, and provided recommendations for risk management and mitigation. Principal advisor to Senior Leadership- managed student & staff incentive programs and all administrative & academic affairs. Directed 24-member instructional team- oversaw testing & assignment control measures and data analysis of 14.5K evaluations to implement ADDIE Model techniques optimizing in-service training sessions and student development Facilitated 1,100 curriculum hours of Enlisted Professional Military Leadership Education at the Air Force's largest Noncommissioned Officer Academy. Utilized Instructional System Design strategies and techniques to develop 26 outcome-based lesson plans. Evaluated 560 oral and written assignments to prepare 1,400 students annually for increased responsibilities by developing their leadership capabilities and expanding their understanding of the military profession to achieve national strategic objectives.

Supervised a team of professionals, ensuring strict compliance with AF/Federal/State OSHA standards and Industrial Hygiene protocols. My responsibilities extended to managing vital data inputs for the Defense Occupational Environmental Health Readiness System, supporting 8,000 active-duty members across various sites and functions. As a team leader, I played a crucial role in providing expert medical CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) technical detection and analysis, safeguarding the largest mobility Wing within the AMC. My oversight spanned three wings, 52 tenants, 109 shops, and a workforce of over 14,000 employees, along with assets valued at $14 billion, including C-5, C-17, and KC-10 aircraft. I have a proven track record in achieving compliance with rigorous programs and regulations, such as the Respiratory Protection Program (RPP), HAZCOM program, and infection control programs, which resulted in significant cost savings and operational improvements. I have also led and managed various safety and occupational health initiatives, safeguarding personnel, resources, and operational readiness across diverse settings. My expertise in leadership, safety, and program management has consistently contributed to the success of my teams and organizations, earning recognition and awards for outstanding performance.

Provided exemplary customer service to 50 personnel, managed 11.4K tools, and oversaw the Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) to ensure calibration compliance. Directed the Tool Accountability System (TAS) for responsible dispatch and recovery of tools. Led hazardous, Occupational Health, and EH&S programs, ensuring compliance and cradle-to-grave accountability. Expertly managed 13 organizational preparedness and continuous improvement programs, to reduce non-value added processes and to increase efficiency and mission readiness. Managed $600K fuel storage site, directly supporting 58 US Air Force aircraft, and $2B in resources.

Supported the installations $1.4B KC-135 aircraft aerial refueling capability for the US Air Force and its global reach mission. Supervised daily and weekly maintenance on 17 pieces of equipment worth over $2M. Ensured timely compliance with maintenance schedules, conducted periodic security and safety checks for facilities and equipment valued at over $50M, and maintained documentation in compliance with safety and environmental standards. Serviced bulk fuels storage ground products, performed inspections on fuel storage tanks, managed fuel transactions, and provided hands-on training for personnel. Operated mobile fuel servicing equipment and oversaw the delivery of 25M gallons of fuel annually, maintaining vehicles and equipment valued over $3.1M and ensured compliance with EH&S requirements.

During this 3 month DoD SkillBridge internship program I was responsible for applying expert knowledge in job proficiency evaluation, adult education, and technical training methods, incorporating Lean and Agile practices. Actively managed and enhanced training & development projects, ensuring the achievement of operational targets. Integrated major projects across functional groups, ensuring ongoing compliance with internal and external procedures. Led comprehensive L&D initiatives, providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and training to employees. Maintained current training records in Oracle Learning Management System (LMS) and collaborated with cross-functional departments. Justified and secured strategic buy-in for process enhancements, fostering continuous problem-solving, innovation, and root cause analysis in the training & development realm. Partnered with engineering teams, relevant stakeholders, and customer representatives to define curriculum development priorities and coordinate completion with product release dates. Developed and delivered training presentations and lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements, and vendor spec sheets.
