Hello there! I am Joseph Cobb and I am a fitness trainer and nutrition coach for Chained Evolution. I am an Elite trainer and hold certifications in Fitness nutrition, exercise therapy, strength and conditioning, as well as personal training. I have been a dedicated trainer for 6 years. Fitness has been a passion of mine since I was a teenager. My fitness journey started when I was 14 years old, where I weighed over 300lbs at my heaviest point. With the help of sports, my family, and unwavering determination I was able to lose 140lbs and keep it off. I became a personal trainer after college in 2013 and quickly realized my passion is to help those who are going through the same journey I once went through. My goal is to make it easier to start a fitness program and nutrition program, using my experiences and expertise to progress you as well as give you insider tips along the way. My goal is to also transition clients with injuries from physical therapy to a progressive training program to further improve and prevent injuries from happening in the future.
