Own the weekly QMI process including sales and margin for retail, contract and parts as well as SG&A and COGS. QMI process marries actuals and variance analysis with future sales projections(S&OP) to project quarterly operating results and identify trends.Lead monthly commercial closing meetings, including preparation of all preliminary/final reporting throughout the closing process.

Primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining a key database for the finance and treasury departments, performing data audits, and tracking members spend data. In addition to the primary responsibilities this role assists with any ad-hoc reporting that may be assigned by management.

Responsible for analyzing market and economic data as well as performing and presenting credit analysis reports on fixed income securities.

Provide expertise on inquiries pertaining to retirement, taxation, and the markets. Utilize available resources, including Fidelity.com and a Microsoft Windows-based workstation to execute trades, account distributions, provide account balance and transaction information, discuss Fidelity's wide range of products and services, and provide market news and quotes.

Purpose of this internship is to gain insight of the day to day operations of a financial firm. Learn in depth what each product and service is and how it can further benefit clients to reach their financial goals in the short and long-term. Learning how to product match and cross sell to clients.

Priority is helping customers run transactions and matching them with specific products we offer. Some customer service representative duties such as opening new accounts, and issuing debit cards. Some responsibilities included balancing my teller drawer daily, ensuring customer confidentiality, and upholding security procedures. Experience with cross selling.
