Highlights include:• Led the restructuring of targeted grade levels which resulted in a 20% increase in grade 4 mathematic scores and a 7.5 increase in the Student Growth Percentile across the grade levels. • Created a STEAM lab to strengthen Elementary Science which highlighted the importance of cross-curricular learning as it pertains to the arts and math.
