I currently lead the entire culinary and beverage operation at the City Place Hotel. I really enjoy being able to work closely with all of my teams, and especially our guests. We have built a strong team and wonderful sense of family, and it is our privilege to extend our hospitality to each guest we welcome to the hotel. We are ever creating exciting beverage and culinary offerings to keep our menu and atmosphere fun and eclectic. I enjoy sifting through the data, and interpreting trends, both positive and negative, to ensure we are ever driving sales, and even more so enhancing our guests experiences. At the end of each month, I am hands on with our inventory counts, as I am responsible for our Profit and Loss Statement critique. It is important to me that while we are upholding our standards for each guest experience, we are also upholding our commitment to the owners of the hotel by ensuring a balanced and healthy bottom line. In my experience, always putting the guest first, while maintaining proven and established processes and controls, we have always offered memorable experiences for our guests, and profitability for the company. Food and Beverage Operations Manager at the Marriott Grand Saint Louis. I am responsible for all points of operation for the 8th St. Pantry(store/cafe), Zenia Bar and Grille(restaurant/lounge), and the Starbucks(licensed store).
