Joseph is the founder and CEO of Renaissance Z Capital, a multi-million dollar insurance agency that incentivizes the growth of financial, spiritual, physical, emotional and mental development of its clients and contractors. He built this enterprise in 2021, after spending four years in a cyber communications unit for the U.S. Air Force, where he co-led the creation of his unit's Airman's Council, completed Airman Leadership School, and received multiple awards and trainings. He is passionate about mentoring individuals from a philosophical and psychological perspective on how to develop virtues, characteristics, and skillsets to cultivate a purposeful life plan. He also seeks to become intimately familiar with leadership, business, philosophy, history, sociology, economics, politics, innovation, technology, religion and science in the context of a global perspective. He is currently pursuing a degree in General Studies at the Community College of the Air Force, while leading and growing his financial services agency.
