Joseph Dailey, MBA, CPAJoseph Dailey is the former Director of Finance and Administration at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Joliet.Prior to Catholic Charities, Joe was Chief Financial Officer of Perkins+Will, Inc. and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, two of the largest and most prestigious architectural design firms in the world.Joe has over 20 years of CFO experience in the architecture and engineering design profession. He developed and led strategies to strengthen the balance sheet, improve profits, enhance liquidity and improve cash flows in order to drive growth and increase shareholder value at both firms.In addition to his depth of experience in the design profession, Joe has a wide range of experience including initial public offerings, SEC filings, mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups, growth strategies and financial turnarounds. He is also well known for his ability to facilitate change in an organization and effectively communicate with the organizations’ stakeholders. In addition, Joe is an expert in the development and implementation of financial and operational systems and analyzing and communicating complex financial issues.Joe earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business (Accounting Major) at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. He earned an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago.Joe is a recognized leader in the design profession and has spoken at various industry conferences. He is presently on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for Montini Catholic High School and has served previously on the Board of Regents for Lewis University. Joe has also led and participated in his community’s elementary school and recreation organizations.
