Provides day to day administrative operation support to the Director. Task includes but not limited to:•Bank Receipts and Monthly Reconciliation•Offer and Exchange Letters•Sales Advice•Creation of New Listings•Ordering of Contracts / Thank you Letters•Accurate bookings of Ad charges per agreement•Signage Orders•Utility Installation Requests•Market Appraisal Audits (Ensuring accuracy of details)•Invoicing of Withdrawn Properties•Preparation of Settlement Statements•Posting of Scheduled Open House online•Adhoc Tasks

Provides executive support towards property management and administrative tasks such as processing of new tenancy and lease renewal applications, creation of CMA reports, cross-checking and ordering of required compliance certificates for smoke alarms, water, pool and strata bylaws, charging of fees as well as sending the welcome and vacate packs. I am also in charge of following up pending strata jobs by phone and email. I also do reporting of pending flags as well as a report for arrears and vacancy for the General Manager on a daily basis.

Assists customer complaints via call and chat related to sales, technical and billing. I also provide support, mentoring and guidance for newly hires on their nesting period to help them hit their monthly KPI's along with the Team Leader.

Task is to check the composition of paid online advertisements, flagging for low to high risk violations, ensuring that each ads abides to platform policies.
