- Manage pizza trailer while working catering events, private events, public festivals, etc.- Provide hundreds of customers with quality pizza and service in an orderly and timely fashion.- Meet with potential clients to discuss and book events. Finalize details on dates, times, and menu specifics.

- Manage and oversee day to day operations at the restaurant as well as all employees.- Ensure best possible service and experience to all customers.- Handle hiring, scheduling and product ordering on a day to day basis.- Meet with customers to plan events and private parties.

- Manage and oversee cargo vessel operations and ensure that all aspects of the systems are working properly.- Train, manage, and direct ILA Local 1 union members to provide best possible performance and production.- Report operational and systematic problems affecting productivity and create real time work arounds to keep vessel operation working.- Strong understanding of Navis, NOW, and APS systems required to operate cargo vessel operation.

- Open, set up, and prepare the restaurant for daily operations.- Manage and oversee employees to provide best possible service and experience for customers. - Close restaurant at the end of the night. Make sure all jobs and cleaning have been done by employees and the money owed is in order.
