I have significant experience defending commercial fleet operators and drivers of tractor-trailer combinations, buses, taxis and limousines. In addition, I have extensive experience in insurance coverage disputes and casualty fire claims. I am an experienced trial attorney who has successfully litigated several cases to verdict and has successfully argued many appeals.Over the last fifteen years, I developed a niche defending home inspectors against professional liability claims and have been asked to defend them in State and Federal Courts as well as in contracted-for mediation and arbitration. As a result of this extensive experience, I am frequently invited to speak nationwide to inspectors on issues ranging from inspection report writing, drafting inspection contracts, risk management and preventing liability claims. I am often asked by insurance carriers to consult on claims against home inspectors all over the United States. I routinely provide lectures and continuing education seminars to home inspectors.
