• Support for external failure analysis regarding customer complaint issues. Handles necessary analytical tools and equipments.• Act also as customer quality engineer for specific accounts. Serve as customer window for any inquiry required to Kinsus. Support in quality system preparation for mass production.

• Responsible for the design of manufacturing process such as process optimization, equipment qualifications, material and product development, and method/procedure improvements to ensure that products are built with the highest quality, yield and reliability.• Provides manufacturing support through effective process controls, yield loss/cause analysis, corrective action, and initiation of process and yield improvement programs• Provides efficient in-process line sustaining and maintenance on FOL processes such as Dicing, Die/Capacitor Attach, and Wire Bond.• Intermediate knowledge in line sustaining and troubleshooting for some EOL processes such as Mold, Laser Marking and DTFS.• Plans, designs, implements and monitors activities geared to improve product and material yield, reduce production cost and/or reduce product reliability defects.• Conducts standardization and documentation on process and material specifications, flowcharts for assembly operations and products.• Coordinate/communicate of process issues for improved quality, manufacturability and reliability.• Representative for Continuous Improvement Team (CIT).

• Backend module owner for new products development which consists of various processes such as solder formation, solder ball attach, reflow, deflux, dicing, AOI, electrical test, solder leveling, package dimension measuring and final visual.• Handling new technology set-up, evaluation and optimization for Backend process in processing new technology required for new product.• Perform design & process mitigation, quality decision making, problem solving and standardization to have smooth transfer to high volume manufacturing.• Participate in customer interface during design path finding and finalization.• Experienced in developing very small package size products including improvements in design and specification.• Handling validations of design and qualifications for backend jigs and tooling.• Support standardization of inspection criteria with QA team based on procurement specifications.
