Responsible for leading the work that supports the company’s property management services including mechanical and electrical systems,access control, security, janitorial, utilities, grounds maintenance, snow and trash removal.

Primary point of contact for N.Y. market. Responsible for daily supervision of the company’s property management services at the company’s administrative buildings and 40 retail properties totaling 110,000 square feet.

Coordinate and delegate commissions for Retail Channel including research and resolution of commission claims and issues.

Primary contact for Regional Retail Locations; supporting all inventory needs towards achieving financial targets. Build partnerships with regional Management team offering guidance, direction and continuous product updates.Evaluate weekly product sales and inventory balances to identify and update inventory replenishment.

Responsible for daily operations of Regional Distribution Center with $20 million in inventory. Primary contact for administrative issues, supervision, coach and develop representatives within RDC. Conduct daily cycle counts and bi-quarterly inventories.

Coordinate daily workload for staff and scheduling of inbound and outbound deliveries. Conduct daily cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.

Responsible for inventory control, sales administration, customer service activities, budget, forecasting and purchasing equipment and supplies.
