 Develop Safety and Environmental policies, plans and procedures to minimize risk to the public and employees. Conduct Risk Assessment on all work place hazards and plant processing related hazards and prepare Work Instruction & Standard Operating Procedure accordingly.  Sending HSSE Report to Operations Director and later to the group HSE Manager in UK. Management Representative - Responsible for maintaining Environmental Management System as per the ISO 14001 – 2004. Conducting training on different topics such as SOP, Major Spillage, Emergency Response Plan, Behavioral Safety etc. Conduct safety exercises, mock drill along with local authorities. Working closely with the operations Director with all legal requirements to obtain OFC (Operational Fitness Certificate) on yearly basis. Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 – 2008 and ISO 14001 – 2004. Identify all emergency scenarios prepare Emergency response plan and conduct training with all the staff. Resolves External & Internal complaints and make recommendations to management for right actions, as required. Investigating Incident reports, Near Miss reports and circulating it to all concern departments. Conducting Safety Induction for all new suppliers, contractors and visitors on site.  Chairing the monthly HSE committee meeting by involving different department representative.
