Coaching team members to achieve annual past due percentage goals.I am also responsible for executing strategic day-to-day management of customer account underwriting and I am able to develop strong customer relationships. I work to understand the customer’s business needs and collaborate with the RFS and Sales teams to ensure the development and implementation of relationship, analytical and technical solutions. I also participate in the development of RFS financial tools including areas involving financial analysis, benchmarking, alternative financing solutions, expanding customers’ purchasing power, optimizing customers’ cash flow, and increasing the overall efficiency of the department.

I also filed initial UCC financing statements, continuations, amendments, and terminations with the appropriate Secretary of State and I monitored renewals to ensure proper continuation of financing statements. Additionally I prepared and sent notification letters to other secured parties when filing Purchase Money Security Interest financing statements and I monitored usage of third-party UCC service providers as needed for any UCC services not able to be procured from the individual state website. I reviewed invoices for accuracy and submited payment for such invoices.3. Financial Underwriting: I worked to understand the customer’s business needs and collaborated with the RFS and Sales teams to ensure the development and implementation of relationships, analytical and technical solutions during coverage and/or through cosign.
