- I'm currently working as Administrative Assistant to the Permanent Secretary Ministry of National Unity and Civic Engagement for duration of 1 month (December 2023) where I am tasked to do the following activities: • Keeping the diary of appointments of the Permanent Secretary. • Receiving and orienting visitors of the Permanent Secretary. • Preparing the Permanent Secretary Travels, missions and meetings. • Orienting correspondences and monitor to ensure that feedback is provided.- As an Information Systems Intern I usually do the following activities in Data entry & Analysis: • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners • Administrative activities support • Create spreadsheets and google sheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes • Verify data by comparing it to source documents • Update existing data and retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
