In this role, I served as a change agent to integrate a newly acquired division into the financial operations of the parent company, a leading provider of bariatric/therapeutic equipment, support surfaces, and safe patient handling equipment. I managed daily cashflow, reviewing all cash receipts and disbursements. My key contributions included: Prepared contemporaneous documentation for transfer pricing issues related to potential Canadian acquisition and submitted to external financial advisors and legal counsel for review. Drafted analytical reports, demonstrating compliance with all debt covenants, and resolved outstanding management letter comments.
