I work for a design-build construction firm that specializes in creating residential and commercial outdoor improvements. Through an established process, we guide clients through initial interviews to determined their specific wants and needs, develop plans and cost estimates based on that data and through the use of computerized aided drafting (CAD), we then provide a paper and multimedia presentation culminating in quote. If the client accepts the quote,with or without additions or corrections,we then coordinated contractor partners in the construction of the improvement. We provide contractors with plans and directions, as well as act as the project management coordinator and conduit between clients and contractors. We are often called upon to research and source specific features and materials clients are interested in so that their outdoor living space meets their unique needs. Many of our customer come to us either through our website, or having been referred to us by past Archadeck customers. We market to consumers using a mix of television, print-ads in targeted publications and newspapers, radio spots and through special events such as home shows.
