OVERALL*Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of individual, company sales goals and profitability.*Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. *Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. *Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. *Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.*Provide feedback to management regarding performance. *Provide accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing, approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. *Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.*Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses. *Control expenses to meet budget guidelines. *Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.*Track, collate and interpret sales figures.*Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.*Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT*Set individual sales targets with sales team.*Delegate accounts responsibility to sales personnel.*Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales people.*Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.*Ensure sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.*Monitor the achievement of sales.*Evaluate performance of sales staff.*Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.*Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.TECHNICAL TEAM MANAGEMENT*Coordinating with the Service Manager in identifying and assigning duties to technical team for executing projects.*Analyzing the project progress reports and intervening to solve snags if any.*Ensure technical team has the necessary resources to perform properly.*Evaluate performance of the technical team.*Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

• Managing large accounts sales and proposals in Lebanon, like: “Credit Libanais, Fransa Bank, Byblos Bank, BLOM Bank, Potel s.a.r.l - Turnkey Electrical Contractor, Sacal Enterprise, Equip Engineering & Contracting s.a.l, Fattal Group, Hotel-Dieu Hospital and Saint Georges Hospital”.• Performing IT sales activities which include, RFP analysis, generating proposals, following up with customers, customers meetings, developing accounts.• Working with the customer to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements for the projects and sending them proposals as well quotations.• Negotiating terms and pricing with both the customers and suppliers to ensure maximum profits for the company.• Working with sales team, analyzing systems and application requirements for prospective customers.• Helping our partners to close deals and assisting customers to have the right solutions.• Creating and delivering demonstrations & presentations of new products and services.• Coordinating submittals and procuring all close-out documents including warranties and Operating and Maintenance Manuals.• Participating in tender, commercial negotiation and closing the orders.

• Develops and assist in logical architectural and specific physical designs as per the technical specifications in order to provide clear, tractable and coordinated interpretations for networking solutions.• Follow up the project execution, assuring proper delivery and implementation of the Solution.• Understanding customer’s requirements and provide the appropriate solution and assure customer satisfaction.• Assist in the development of technical operating instructions and resulting technical solutions.• Design, plan, document and manage the implementation of new IT systems.• Conduct or participate in the research, design solutions and development of information.• Coordinate with equipment providers (such as Cisco, Hp, Oracle, IBM) to implement warranty plans and technical solutions as required.• Provide on-going solution and technical support to prospective telecom organizations.• Respond to solution and technical sections of RFIs and RFPs. • Act as liaison with subcontractors in expediting drawings and related information.• Assist with the research and preparation of field change requests to resolve design issues. • Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
