Started my own company in 2004, looking for a change of pace. I worked as the director for an Alzheimer's home as one of my first jobs out of college, while that was very rewarding emotionally, I was not able to provide for my family like I wanted to. After that, I was able to get my foot in the door with a direct sales company selling products business to business where I learned the key fundamentals to not only do the sales and marketing but also how to develop others. Which then lead to helping to mentor and coach others. I then moved on to tele-communications in acquiring clients like AT&T and DirecTv where I've seen great success with those clients. We have also double in size every year since then. Our goal is to develop and mentor 200 people so they can go into business for themselves. My company name is "Vincero Inc." which means "I Will Win"
