Scientist Ii
CurrentA motivated Pharmacologist II in the In Vivo Tumor Biology group dedicated to the discovery and development of innovative therapeutics, both small molecule and biologics. As part of a multidisciplinary team, perform in vivo studies for the pharmacological evaluation of novel agents. Interact with in vitro biology, translational/biomarkers, toxicology, clinical research, and medicinal chemistry teams to advance oncology agents through the R&D pipeline.•Perform in vivo studies and incorporate pharmacological skills (dosing, surgery, imaging and collection/processing of blood/tissues) to evaluate the efficacy of novel agents.•Contribute and lead development of new disease models and explore disease mechanisms and mechanisms of drug action •Perform supporting assays (cytokine profiling, ELISA and western blot analysis of tissue lysates, cell culture, etc.) to assess target modulation levels and downstream effects •Demonstrate a high level of initiative in troubleshooting experiments and performing data analysis •Effectively collaborate across all intra and cross functional teams •Maintain broad knowledge of literature and state-of-the-art technology
