Commercial Retread Plant - Represented by USW Local 1162LHuman Resources leader and generalist for entire manufacturing plant location. Managed a team of four professionals. Responsible for staffing, talent management, employee relations, labor relations, training and development, succession planning, safety, environmental and sustainability. Served as 1st Chair during the 2018 union negotiations. Led the company's team throughout the entire bargaining process, including the overall strategy, execution, and ultimately ratification.

Aviation Retread Plant - Represented by UAW Local 472Plant HR leader responsible for safety, labor relations, workers compensation, staffing, training and development, and succession planning. Responsible for managing the change around the roll-out and implementation of Workday for the plant. Coordinated efforts with the local team. Provided excellent safety leadership, resulting in over 1,000 days OSHA Recordable free.

HR Business Partner support for two manufacturing locations in Georgia. Participated as 2nd Chair for local labor negotiations team. Drafted proposal language, provided financial analysis and helped prepare a strike contingency plan. Created a health challenge which led to 80 percent associate participation.

HR Specialist support for talent acquisitions team. Led an implementation of a new incentive design for the referral program. Directed a project to implement a web-based pre-boarding solution, including a request for proposal (RFP) to improve the new hire experience.

President of local BYU Chapter. Increased membership from a handful of students to over 80 active members. Led efforts to expand club recognition throughout campus and the community through consulting, career-building activities, coaching, fundraising, and volunteering.
