Providing commercial customers with FedRAMP certification preparation, policies and procedures. Hiring exceptional team members, fostering team member advancement and team management. Reviewing NIST 800-53 controls within Moderate, Moderate+ and High FedRAMP baselines. Ensuring customer systems meet requirements while advising innovative solutions to resolve gaps. Building policies, SSP and required documentation for clients. Effectively communicating with a wide range of customer stakeholders including but not limited to Engineering, architecture, HR, C-suite personnel, and end user representatives. Project management and tracking to maintain solutions for delivery within budget on expected timelines.

Provides technical, engineering, FedRAMP and ISSO support, development of telematics policy, practices and procedures, acquisition and maintenance of system ATO’s related to VSCOS system of use, database custom applications and project management related IT activities within the VSCOS. Such support includes coordinating business processes, providing strategic, operational, and tactical-level support at the enterprise level. In addition, assists with computer programming and web-development support functions, which allow for maintenance of existing web-enabled database applications and provides future system planning, design, development, maintenance, and implementation to support the various capabilities in all related systems (e.g. LIMS-EV, DPAS, and Telematics systems) and “day-to-day” technical and certification and accreditation (C&A) support for VSCOS.
