RESPONSIBILITIES :RESPONSIBILITIES : I was In charge of all stores and Material movement coordination ranging from ; Material receipt, Material Checks for quantity & quality, Expediting vendor delivery process, Material close outs in the system, Proper material storage, Material Issuance and material delivery to required field destination.  Prepares Commercial invoice and Packing list for materials outbound and liase with Company custom clearing agents for smooth process in all Outbound and Inbound of materials, within the ADML Nigeria operation.  Provide leads and ensuring all process and procedures in the warehouse are followed by all subordinates for efficient timely and productive outcomes. Maintain safety standards and clean environment in the store and warehouse . Initiate and coordinate Transportation and other logistics for material movements to different locations  Ensures timely dispatch and safe delivery of materials from the store to vessels at the dock - yard/ jetty terminals , mid - streams /offshore locations and all other vessel field locations. Preparing all the various reports as required (Workflow, ERP ,GP system and Excel reports )for Technical, Operational, procurement, Account and management updates. Handles and coordinates all other miscellaneous task, as relates to Store/warehouse and Logistics

RESPONSIBILITIES:• Receiving of Spare parts & Mechanical tools into the store.• Monitoring stock level to ensure control and avoid stock-out.• Raising of request for used up parts, and following up for approvals.• Calling and negotiating with vendors for the supply of items approved in the request.• Preparation of Goods Received Note, Bin Cards, and posting of stock detail information into the computer system for stock update.• Coding of Part I.D numbers for different technical parts brought into the store and ensuring proper stock arrangements• Issueing out of materials to technicians, mechanics and engineers at the work shop base, for smooth technical operations• Keeping close track with foreign material transactions for both sea & air freight consignments & making logistics arrangement to transport the materials to the Base - yard. • Processing of import & export freight documents for air & sea shipment e.g. Waybill, Packing list, Material invoice, Bill of Laden, etc. • Posting and preparation of different reports on daily, weekly and monthly bases to the account department.• Ensuring that all inventory control procedures are well followed in issueing out, and receiving of parts and tools from the store.• Ensuring over all supervisory responsibility to effectively coordinate activities in the store department.

Portharcourt - Nigeria

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receiving of stocks from the port• Raising of G.R.N(Goods Received Note)for goods received into the warehouse.• Proper stacking with the use of bin cards and ensuring accurate counting with Tally sheets (dispatch and receiving). • Preparing a comprehensive stock inward report for the batch of containers received at a particular time in the warehouse. • Ensuring compliance in adopting of the FIFO and LIFO-method, where necessary to dispatch goods from the warehouse.• Preparing of daily ,weekly and monthly reports.• Preparing Goods on transit-report for goods transferred to other branches not yet captured.• Confirming of release orders, before loading of goods to customers or marketers.• Proper tracking of reports for the following transactions : Returns, PR, Damages and Transfers• Making of logistics arrangement for trucks and vehicles for effective timely delivery of goods.• Monitoring of stock levels with the proper use of bin cards and frequent stock taking in the warehouse.• Ensuring the issuance of way bills and carrying out of other responsibilities as need arises• Making record entries into the computer with various Inventory records • Reporting directly to the Head, Internal Audit and carrying out various other duties as need arises

RESPONSIBILITIES • Reporting directly to the w/house Manager• Classification and codification of stocks.• Qualitative and quantitative inspection of containers and stocks brought to the warehouse.• Periodic stock taking according to goods arrangement order.• Liaising with clearing agent in releasing batch samples for quality & standard analysis and obtain appropriate clearance/approval from government agencies (SON, NAFDAC, Nigerian Custom etc)• Arranging for transportations and coordinating various other Logistics to move the containers (20ft &40ft), from the Port to warehouse locations (Cappa and Ilupeju).• Writing of Bin cards and ensuring material control process.• Maintaining daily inventory records.• Filling of necessary w/house documents eg ; DSR(Daily Stock Report), Daily w/house outward and Inward Report, Bin cards and so many others.• Preparing of waybills, and confirming of Loading Orders and STN. • Ensuring safe loading of goods either to customers or during Stock Transfer• Working with the E.R.P (Enterprise Resource Planning), and other Excel format reports in the computer to update details (transaction information). • Proper filing system of documents. • Carrying out numerous other duties, as assigned by the warehouse Manager.

Quality control and production section (Food and Pharmaceutical) RESPONSIBILITIES • Testing to regulating quality during production in the In-process section• Carrying out of quality assurance analytical test (in the quarantine) before production use.• Familiar with all the production processes• Ensuring meeting of daily shift target with minimal wastage.• Putting of Release Label on already packaged products in the warehouse • Carrying out other various tests as directed in compliance to the SOP manuals. • Batch analysis of already manufactured products in the laboratory• Practical knowledge on the operations of different machines e.g.; IMA,Rejafix (Coding),Compressors, Fillers(syrups), Friabilator etc • Assisted in all other sections e.g. Packaging, Warehouse, Machine operations, Production, Coding section and Dispensary.• Practical use/ maintenance of laboratory equipments• Recording, documenting and filing information in the laboratory
