- Teach Children and Adults the art of Chess- Develop mental strategies for life- Entertain with magic to keep children engaged- Encourage them to pursue dreams , college and to learn how to see the choices that we make in life

Educate Children and Adults on Budokon's 6 pillars of wellness:1)Thoughts - How the mind works and how it we can re-wire our intelligence2) Emotions - establish control and mastery of how we react to stimuli3) Relationships - build community and communication4) Environment - pursue less impact on Earth and learn how we can heal our Home.5) Nutrition - heal our body/mind from the inside with organic medicine we find from the Earth.6) Fitness - true mastery of movement, emphasis on flexibility, strength, grace, power and agility. Yoga and Martial Arts combined.

- As Director of Budokon, assemble groups of Sustainable Activist once a month for a community project or event.- Certify and train Budokon teachers by running an Academy of Living Arts @ HERO Fitness.- Liberate and Educate Adults/Children on Movment, Thoughts, Relationships, Emotions, Environment, and Organic Nutrition.- Promote sustainable activism in our society by encouraging habits of Consumer Reduction of goods, Recycling, Re-using, proper organic nutrition, and mastering of ones mind.- Budokon teachers are proficient in: Bio-Mechanics Specialization, Applied Kinesiology, Organic Nutritional Planning and Coaching, Environmentalism, Sustainable Social Activism, Martial Arts, Yogic Arts, Meditation, Psychology and Philosophy.

Provided space for healing oneself. The participants would show up ready to express themselves, to relieve daily tensions and explore deep seeded pain, in order to release, and find themselves. My position was to guide a group of clients in an organized yoga series, in order to heal any dis-ease in the body/mind.

- Instruct and create many levels of Yoga/Conscious Movement/Martial Arts/ Meditation classes.- Lead and Organize workshops and special events.- Helped influence a recycle program- CPR certified- Private/ Group Budokon/Yoga Teacher
