- Managed over 16 different stores throughout my tenure- Built meaningful relationships that have allowed me to sell in different merchandising strategies with KDM's and have built the presence of the HART brand through the Austin metro area and surrounding suburbs. - In 2020 I averaged a comp of 42% over stores without a team Hart representative in them, breaking my goal of 30%.- In 2021 I averaged a comp of around 70% compared to last years sales volume. - While my territory has flopped around due to different company restructurings, my current territory is on pace to sell over $1.5 million in revenue this year.

As a Research intern for GroceryAnchored.com I helped in gaining insight into the commercial real estate industry with a primary focus on grocery anchored shopping center. This internship was a huge stepping stone for me to understand this industry and professional business in general.
