Direct oversight and responsibility for sales & operations in the Mid-Atlantic region including accountability for profit center performance and overall net profitability. Duties include managing the regional business sales and operations, planning the use of material and human resources, enforcing company policies and procedures, inventory control, etc. Communicate with and supervising managers and sales consultants. Provide leadership and guidance by formulating the yearly budget/s, establishing effective goals, using the quality management system to improve the business, participating in the hiring process, conducting employee meetings, coaching, mentoring and disciplining employees and conducting yearly performance evaluations and managing real estate. Interact with internal and external customers. Perform additional duties as determined by the President.
