• The management of One-e-App application which is a web based information tool used to help parents obtain insurance for their children as well as screening for other potential public and private programs. These duties include the expansion of One-e-App into new sites (Community Based Organizations, Clinics and Hospitals) which greatly benefit from its use in the form of streamlining the application process for their clients. The expansion includes site evaluations, training of new users and ongoing help desk support.
