As a Retention Consultant, I work with our existing customers and policyholders. I make phone calls to them and conduct thorough reviews of their policy to confirm they have the proper coverage and protection they need, best rates possible, and look for opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance policies that they don't currently have with us.

I received in-coming phone calls from prospective customers requesting a quote for auto and/or homeowners insurance coverage. I consulted in the proper coverage they should have based on their need, provided the quote and sold the policy.

In this role, I provided customer service by helping customers with questions or concerns they had about their insurance policy. From billing, to coverage, to claims, I consulted in all areas of their policy.

At Greater RI Baptist Temple, I help with all-things-kids. I currently teach Sunday School, Patch-the-Pirate Club, and classes for children for all our special events. I also oversee our multi-media ministries, including church website, power-points and pro presenter presentations, graphic designing and printing our promotional and marketing materials.

For three years I had the privilege of pastoring the Abundant Life Baptist Church (formerly Mt. Calvary Baptist Church). There, our efforts were in reaching our community. We maintained a weekly outreach program, had special events throughout the year, and kept up with town events in which we could participate.
