• Responsible for all Computer Hardware/Software installation, upgrade, issues, recovery, back-up and also automotive diagnostics and researches.• Managing the front office and assisting day-to-day walk-in and over the phone customer auto repair inquiries and needs.• Responsible for programming and/or reprogramming of ECM, BCM, TCM etc.• Responsible for planning innovative automotive service ideas.• Guiding and assisting employees on using all computerized apparatus.• Manages all parts and inventory audit.• Responsible for ordering the right, critical and hard to find part(s) and/or special tool(s) needed per job or vehicle.

• Primarily provide immediate technical assistance to all related programs of Employment and Training Administration (ETA)/ Office of Information System Technology (OIST) in National Office and six (6) other U.S. Dept. of Labor Regional Offices nationwide.• Working as a team member and lead on providing timely customer support to all end users both on site and remotely (VPN) from ETA, BLS, ILAB, VETS, OASAM, MSHA, ODEP and OSHA. • IT Coordinator between Windows Admin Group (OCIO), DBA Group (OCIO) and NCFMS on all aspect of information process, PC configuration and/or issues for new User/Employee.• Performed Software and Hardware testing with Microsoft Windows Team specifically assigned for U.S. Dept. of Labor system wide data migration from Windows XP to Windows 7.• Assisted end users on data backup, recovery and migration from old to new PC/Laptop. • Responsible for creating and maintaining an E-Grants and BIZFLOW (Test, Dev and Prod Environment) account request and assigning specific roles of each user.• Responsible for writing script and testing to create a user account on EBSS and GEMS (Test, Dev and Prod Environment).• Responsible for identifying and documenting problem and preventative solution.• Responsible on receiving, diagnosing, assigning/escalating, and tracking the status of service requests for assistance regarding any IT and non-IT related services via ticketing system.• Responsible for gathering request information and sending a weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the client.

• Primarily provide immediate technical assistance on all OWCP Automated System for Imaging Services; Integrated Federal Employee Compensation System (iFECS) related programs to Office of Worker’s Compensation Program / Division of Federal Employee Compensation (OWCP/DFEC) National office and to thirteen (13) other U.S. Dept. of Labor District Offices nationwide.• Working as a Project Coordinator on any current OWCP/DFEC project such as Agency Query System (AQS) Web Development, Central Case Create Imaging (3CI), e-Comp and yearly PC Deployment. • IT Coordinator between DFEC and DITMS on all aspect of information issue, processing forms and PC configuration for new User/Employee.• Performed Software and Hardware testing in preparation for U.S. Dept. of Labor system wide data migration from Windows 98 to Windows XP.• Assisted end users on data back up, recovery and migration from old to new PC/Laptop. • Responsible for searching, inquiring and testing of all necessary Software and Hardware needed in DFEC program. • Compile procedural documentation and specification for scanning process with Kofax/Ascent Capture from version 3.1 to 9 (newest version).• Research and analyze different Software and Hardware updates, problems, error messages and execute in a step-by-step process of narrowing down problems.• Provide assistance and support to National Office (locally) and all District Offices (remotely) on building, updating and repairing various PC, host servers and database, in where we do all client workstation configuration (Scan, QC, Recognition, Validation, Release and etc.) and store files and images.• Write basic programming for a small part of Integrated Federal Employee Compensation System (iFECS) using Visual Basic.• Create, execute and document test plans outcome of different iFECS Batch Classes in Kofax/Ascent Capture. • Create databases using MS Access to extract and collect data from a server for maintenance and reporting purposes.
