QC of Product/Processes and supervision of staff therein.

Technical support for the manufacture of the (Consumable),Single use Sensor for the TruScreen -Cervical cancer screening device.

• Organising daily production of TruScreen Sus, (Product Consumable).• Maintaining adequate stocks of Product in store.• Facilitating the QC and QA release of Product with the QC Officer.• QC testing, (Metrology), for incoming goods.• Maintaining adequate resource for Production Processes.• Upkeep of Scheduled maintenance, servicing and records for production equipment.• Carrying out Product - Process – Equipment - Environmental, Validation and Verification within QA guidelines and Engineering supervision, Under a continuous Bio-burden and performance program. • Maintenance of Plant Equipment included Compressors, Ovens, Scales, Ultrapure RO water systems, UV curing lamps and various custom production jigs and fixtures.• Administration, maintenance and development of the Production Database, for the generation of production travellers, recording of process data, printing of product and packaging labels for traceability.• Maintenance of Production Analysis spreadsheets, for Production / QA/QC.• Troubleshooting problems in process through observation and data analysis. • Co-operating with engineering staff for prototyping, validation, or research purposes.

• Manufacturing product to specifications and procedures set out in the Manufacturing Quality Plan.• QC testing for incoming goods.• Training staff to manufacture the product in the controlled environment of a class 3500 cleanroom and to the QA requirements of ISO 9001, EN 13485 and GMP for medical devices.• Maintaining records and documents as set out in the Manufacturing Quality Plan.

• Responsible for the implementation of proactive maintenance and scheduled servicing of laboratory fixed plant eg. Pulverizing mills, fire assay furnaces and associated equipment, and dust/fume extraction equipment.• Laboratory technician involved in the milling, weighing, fire assay and chemical digestion of ores.

- Preparation and chemical digestion of ores, solutions, and environmental samples for analysis In MS / ICP-OES machines.
