During my time at HERVIA I was responsible for the brands global customer service, ranging from answering customer queries to dealing with any issues that arose. I was also responsible for coordinating the E-Commerce orders of both our own website and partners, including producing daily reports.

My time at Belstaff saw me further develop within a sales associate role. Representing such a historic brand required the utmost care and attention when serving clients. This encompassed a wide range of roles, such as specialist aftercare services or in-depth product knowledge. Additionally, I focused on the fulfilment of online orders within the store. This afforded me knowledge of this method of retail operation, essential in the modern climate.

Across my time at Ralph Lauren I worked at both outlet and full price stores. This exposed me to two very different types of retail experience, with overlap and differentiation between the two. I carried out a variety of wider roles including merchandising, building a client base and sitting on a nation wide advisory panel to which I was elected twice.
