Supervises staff members in providing IT A/V systems support services.Coordinates the project life cycle for conference rooms, learning spaces, digital signage, teleconference, and large event spaces. Maintains, troubleshoots, installs and repairs classroom/conference A/V equipment.Manges planning, setup, production, and support of audio, video, and various other technical support for in-person, virtual and hybrid events for programs such as Commencement, Board of Trustees meetings, Webinars, Conferences and other events.Maintains an accurate inventory of technical equipment in the College’s IT asset management system. Provides technical training to faculty, students, and technical support staff on proper operation and care of related equipment, software and cloud-based applications and services.Responds to tickets and support requests in a timely manner. Collaborates with other IT professionals across departments to develop and implement operational goals that support organizational success.Develops annual budget requests, preventive maintenance practices and schedules. Purchases approved equipment with detailed specifications. Writes bid specifications and requests for purchase of lease of audio and video test, measurement, installation, and monitoring equipment.Manages assigned projects and verifies that contractors meet contract specifications.
