• Troubleshooting/Editing TP Program for R-J3ib and R-J3 ControllerS including speed reference values, PR positions, jmp/lbl, etc… Preventative maintenance performed on the robot and palletizing equipment. Root cause failure is top priority in this automated system. • Variable frequency drives (including programming), plc replacement(mostly Allen Bradley and Siemens), input/output control cards, Replacing Cards within machine communication network, checking resistance to determine faulty components, inspecting faulty wiring, Control circuitry, contact repair/replacement, replacing various electronic components (sensors, amplifiers, input/output modules, ss relays, etc..)• Analyzing Fluid Power/Electrical/ Mechanical schematics to ensure proper sequencing of the machine. Determining root cause failure, Verifying electrical signals make it to plc utilizing the plc program.• Hydraulic pump replacement/setup, replacing proportional valves if not responding properly to voltage, replacing relief valves, replacing actuators. Maintaining the hydraulic system so it can produce in an efficient and effective way
