 Organize hundreds of show inventory pieces and mail orders for signing to ensure correct signatures,special requests, and delivery of items. Respond to all customer questions or sale inquiries though phone, email, and social media outlets. Interact with agents, managers, guests, and coworkers to organize schedules, requirements, and addresspotential problems. Responsible for ensuring special guests arrive/depart on time in order to ensure the timing of the show ison track for appearances and travel plans. Coordinate autograph stations to keep up with the event schedule and assist guests to the correctlocations.

 Responsible for cleaning and maintaining various rooms across the school building Assemble and break down events that take place in the building as well as provide assistance tomembers who are involved in the events Work within a team to complete tasks to insure a safe and clean environment for the administration,students, parents, faculty, and other personnel who used the building Assist in the training of the summer help cleaners and new employees so that they can understand the operations of the school building
