Enterprise projects including working with SBA Management, and vendors. Coordinate and manage the development and engineering various Service Desk Enhancement deployments, and an agency wide Data Center Migration that incorporated upgrading the entire environment that was traditional physical server based over to new virtual environment.• Technical Writing – Create customized operational project documentation and metrics that reflect weekly Operational Ticket Trends for SBA management. Meet regularly with leadership to define business requirements and project goals for all major projects assigned. Administer standardization of documentation, and flowcharts delivered to the client using application product suites. Create standardized Operations Division Agendas, and Project Schedules for multiple large and small scale project deployments.
