 Direct, Manage and lead the R&D staff engaged in engineering and design activities at Chest Freezer, Ref. , Upright freezer and Minibar plants. Evaluate team performance against their Job requirement and define training needs to upgrade their skills. Set up R&D objectives on annual bases and score cards for everyone in team. Interact with new suppliers to evaluate their performance with quality and to be sure of their first supply conformity. Lead and direct applying the D.V.T to make a validation for any design  Establish a complete and detailed BOM for all products. Coordinate with production manager and other interested parties to develop the feature and performance of product. Create, document, maintain and implement the test criteria at quality plan. Lead and issue the Corrective Action Plan according to defect analysis caused from design issue according to internal or external failure. Participate with relevant company managers to study the cause of defect. Approve and issue the design FMIA for any new product.  Approve and issue the annual project plan according to marketing request. Approve and issue the business study from technical view for any new project. Approve and issue the design concept for any new product according to marketing request.

 Direct, Manage and lead the Q.C staff engaged in Inspection and testing activities at Chest Freezer, Ref.and Water Dispenser plants. Provide technical expertise to all Q.C team. Evaluate team performance against their Job requirement and define training needs to upgrade their skills. Set up Quality control objectives on annual bases. Interpret quality control philosophy and concept of product quality to key personnel in the organization. Interact with suppliers to improve their performance and to be sure of their supply conformity. Lead and direct applying the statistical tools for analyzing product related inspection and /or testing data. Establish a complete and detailed Quality Control plan for all products. Report on regularly to general manager analytical data about product quality in different phases ( In ward Inspection , In Process Inspection and Final Inspection ) Issue monthly report about quality indicators (MDR , DPM , SCR )  Lead and issue the Corrective Action Plan according to defect analysis for NRFT, SCR.  Direct, Manage; supervise all laboratories activities including inspections, Testing, Design Validation, Calibration, Test Methods and Infrastructure. Participate with relevant company managers to study the cause of defect.Special achievements:1- Build the quality hierarchy at cooling unit. 2- Established statistical test for final product with KPIs indicators.3- Established Reliability test procedure 4- Issued inspection procedures for Inward inspection ,In process and final assembly.5- Improve the NRFT (Not Right First Time) from 120,000 to 70,000 during the 1st year .6- Improve the SCR (Service Call Rate) for C.F from 9% to 4% 7- Improve the SCR for WD from 23% to 11% 8- Improve the DPM for suppliers from 50,000 to 20,000.9- Manage the Design Validation Test for (reverse the CF cooling circuit direction, Upgrading Energy Consumption and Adjustment the R134a charge for all models with other compressors

Special achievements:1- Participate as a member in the “free defect project” team to produce ZANUSSI brand.2- Lead the problem solving project team for solving the top 6 main defects from SCR reports. 3- Improve the NRFT from 90,000 to 50,000 through 30 months4- Improve the SCR from 21% to 8% through 30 months 5- Improve QMI (Quality Mean Index) as statistical test from 89% to 97% through 30 months 6- Improve the Inward Quality Index for supplier from 0.5 (Improvement Zone) to 1 (Acceptance Zone)7- Implement periodical visit to customers and traders as a customer satisfaction system.

Special achievements: 1- Lead to control on the injection process which due to solve the big problem from ASS reports.2- Lead to control on the capillary parameters and cooling circuit components which due to solve Blocking problem.3- Improve the σ level from 3 σ to 4.2 σ through 36 months 4- Improve the Defects Rate from ASS reports from 20% to 12% through 36 months 5- Participate team who updated the inspection procedures and instructions at in process, final and Inward dept. 6- Participate team who established the Reliability test procedure .

 Quality control of the metallic formation department. Quality control of plastic products thermoforming department. Quality control of electrostatic paint department using the following tests; Quality control of Foam injection department; To assure the isolation material validity using gel time, free density, and internal density tests. Quality control of the final assembly department; To assure the cooling circuits has no leakage using leakage’s disclosing instrument (using Helium), Halogen leak detector, and D-TEK instruments. To assure the operability of the refrigerator electric circuit using EST-300 instrument. Take a random piece from daily production and apply a standard test (in the test room) to assure the efficiency of cooling circuit. Follow up the customer service centers. Prepare feedback reports about any problems that arises thus the production manager can take necessary action. Calibrate of equipment for measure [lengths – weights – temperatures] in the (Calibration room).
