I am currently the continuous improvement manager for the Bowling Green, Ohio Facility. I enjoy using the Lean Six Sigma methodology to eliminate waste in the plant and to improve the plant output thru different activities that include 5S, Kaizens, kanbans...etc. I also lead the efforts in the plant to qualify in the Regal Performance Excellence Star program. Mentoring Green Belt projects and candidates thru the phase gate process. I also worked as a manufacturing engineer for assembly and injection molding and enjoy what I did. Every day's challenges are different and exciting. A side from that I get to work on some research projects with the University of Toledo with the senior student class. The projects have been development features to aid our manufacturing process and the experience has always been great, enjoyable and very rewording. I also enjoy in my free time to hike, camp under the starts and next to a lake, Kayak and go biking. I enjoy cooking and gardening as a hobby and put the time in them. I also enjoy working on houses, repair and fixing. I love to see the transformation when the project is done.
