• Act as an SME to oversee and facilitate the transition of the Middle office Corporate Action function to offshore low cost centre. Duties include planning and maintaining the project roadmap and tracker as well as training the new team members, which required traveling to the new site on numerous occasions.• Lead projects coordinating operational system testing of new upgrades for EMEA, US & Asia offices.• Provide Analysis of release notes, design test Scripts and project plan that will guarantee system implementation within the deadlines set.• Attend regular meetings with the Client and System Vendor to ensure key deliverables are enhanced in future system releases.• Manage new client fund launches across a wide range of instruments such as fund of fund and multi manager.• Structure and lead project working groups and prioritisation forums to define scope and priority of projects/deliverables • Project management of the end to end delivery of the program, providing regular status updates to stakeholders plus risk and issue management .Authorise instructions via MT565 which are sent directly to custody and confirm receipts via MT567’s.• Authorise updates via MT564 feed to the Corporate Action system (XSP) which are then sent to the end user.• Authorise Ex-Date position reconciliations.• Checking all instruction deadlines are correct.• To process all instructions received from our clients.• To run daily reports for our clients to advise of all forth coming deadlines.• Lead client account transitions.• Daily task of creating a ‘golden copy’ of custodian data which has fed into our internal system.

• Monitor and process corporate action events via Northern Trusts internal applications as well as Euclid and Crest.• Efficient turnaround of daily Beneficial Ownership requests and queries.• Instruct multiple custodians of investment manager decisions using fax, Swift and proprietary systems.• Suggested and implemented new methods of sending sensitive data between Northern and its clients. • Setting up and closing of UK corporate action events.• Notification to clients of both voluntary and mandatory events.• Highly involved in the process management of Northerns smart source. I was in constant contact and was responsible for the training of new overseas employees.
