-Explains coverage of loss, assists customers under duress of damages while providing a high-level of customer service. -Lead in the development of new hires and current employees training them and enhancing their knowledge of policy, claims and customer service. -Assist in onboarding of new hires and interviewing process to increase staffing with the right talent. -Build relationships with customers as well as business partners in an effort to collaborate for the success of the claims process. -Use analytical skills to aid Special Investigation Unit investigators in preventing fraud by identifying and reporting “red flags” and indicators of fraud.-Investigates each claim thoroughly obtaining all necessary information needed to validate the claim.-Ensure claims process and customers adhere to policy and company compliance to properly assist with the issue at hand.-Handles influx of claims with a rapidly changing and increasing workload multitasking between all claims to ensure efficient and prompt handling for our customers. -Writes appraisals for dwelling repairs, based on information collected from customers and contractors and issues payment to policyholders where possible.-Assist leadership with running team huddles and approving authority requests for payments to insureds.-Knowledge of numerous different coverages provided within various homeowners policies, and explaining and ensuring comprehension of coverages to our customers

As a game presentation staff member, my main responsibilities are but not limited to: -Orchestrating On-Field ceremonies such as the Tunnel of Honor, Flag Kids, Group check-ins, Player Escorts, NYC 11 Flags, Locker Room calls, National Anthem and Color Guard.-In-stadium Host and Live shots in regards to setting off the smoke stacks that signal a goal being scored/start of the game as well as In-Game Winners and Contestants getting fans engaged in contests throughout the game. -Post Game Thank You where each player on the field at the end of the game signs mini soccer balls that we give to them and throws them into the stands for fans. Along with this, I work in a fast paced environment where time management and communication is crucial to ensure that the game runs smoothly.
