Serving to highlight the vision of nonprofits like Bonton Farms, I will help form new relationships with emerging leaders and serve them by producing podcasts and other media to share their ideas of how we can inspire our community in ways that we can design the future together.

My grad school encouraged me to explore service-learning, and I had the joy of finding CDS. I got to work with all aspects of the Community Design Services organization, including client consultations, community development, design team formation and accountability, organizational marketing, and fundraising. I was able to connect Armstrong-Douglass Structural Engineers with the design needs of Bonton Farms, and we completed multiple projects in a pro-bono capacity.

Contech is the leader in stormwater solutions, helping engineers, contractors and owners with infrastructure and land development projects. Contech offers a wide range of stormwater treatment and storage products to address stormwater runoff concerns.In this position I leverage technical skills to conduct presentations, develop project specifications and growproject pipeline. I also develop and maintain professional relationships with accounts including consulting engineering firms, regulatory agencies, contractors, developers and landscape architects.

Students attend class on campus with trained teachers Mondays and Wednesdays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays students participate in class at home with co-teachers (parents), using provided curriculum and guided daily instructions. This allows parent co-teachers to share in the academic instruction of their children, and also provides the structure and benefits of the classroom environment with professional teachers.

Responsible to lead the structural engineering effort on pursuits and projects. This involves project management, client interaction, and presentations, structural design, specification writing, construction estimating, leading other structural engineers and designers on projects, quality and coordination reviews, and coordination with other engineering disciplines and architects on projects.

At Armstrong-Douglass Partners, our goal is to cultivate great client and employee relationships! My role is to better improve internal processes and be a customer liaison to ensure that expectations are being exceeded. All my efforts go towards achieving a greater level of success with deliverables, identifying processes that can be improved, and developing more effective management practices.
