I have over 14 years of experience in customer service and during this time have received numerous amounts of recognition and awards. I love taking care of and meeting new people. People interaction helps me not only learn new things about myself, but to understand and appreciate other diverse groups of people.I am very attentive to detail and tend to be more of a listener than a speaker. I figure since I have 2 ears and 1 mouth I should listen twice as much as I should speak. My passion is to not only perform my job at a high level, but to be a positive impact on the business and to those I meet along the way. I love new challenges and have excelled in every role that I have been in. I have experience in management, training, development, coaching, counseling/mentoring and team building.Hobbies: I love to work out, play basketball, baseball, flag football, bowl and play poker. I also serve as an usher with my church and assist my brother in coaching our men's basketball team when we play during the fall season. These activities present their own challenges and are getaways from my everyday life. I believe staying active physically and having something to keep your mind engaged improves the value of my life.
