Currently a Technician as part of the Technical Operations and Resources Team at Sheffield Hallam University. My role is focused on providing delivery of teaching laboratory based classes surrounding chemical engineering and providing support for bioscience practical based project support for undergraduate and MsC students.Biomedical Science BSc (hons) graduate. I also have three years experience working within a research and development environment with biotechnology applications to cleaning, tanning and textile finishing industries using XOrb polymer technology. I am skilled in method development, analysis, quality control and communication skills. I am a strong team player as I have worked within several research groups resulting in successful implementation commercially of technology at Xeros Technology group plc. I have also worked within a commercial sample testing environment with a heavy focus on biological sample preparation, analysis and reporting alongside rapid turnover for clients.
