1. Tracking and coordinating with shipping line/airlines to determining eta of vessels/flight to enhance smooth flow of work. Also to avoid late documentation.2. Do declaration of custom’s entries3. Working hand in hand with the port clerks to facilitate release and loading of goods to the designated countries of destination4. Preparation company report to show flow of work and help noting down the amount of load work done in a month- and all year long (record keeping)5. Work hand in hand with the branch manager/dept. supervisor to see an end to any shipment in progress6. Advice clients on tariffs applicable to avoid miscellaneous customs offences and disputes. Also advice on applicable values to use on various products, machineries and motor vehicles and the right time to bring in an certain shipment basing on KRA taxations. AS CSR1.Receiving new documents and updating them in the system2. Opening crediting accounts/jobs into the control system.3. Updating events as they happen in every shipment for ease tracking of goods.4. Tracking goods movement till delivery is complete.
