I am an energetic, highly motivated and self-driven program management and sustainable community development professional. I have sound knowledge, skills and longstanding practical experience in program and project cycle management; strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and resource mobilization of integrated, community-led development initiatives; having facilitated community development for over 19 years both in the government and in international non-governmental organization contexts. I have strong background in Livelihoods programming focusing on Local Agricultural Value Chains and general food security programs/projects. I also have good knowledge, skills and long experience in networking, lobbying and advocacy, and donor engagement for resource acquisition. I am an amiable community capacity builder with excellent facilitation skills. I also possess good, multi-disciplinary team spirit and with excellent interpersonal relationship building and communication skills. I am a practicing and committed Christian who values integrity above all else. I am married with three children. My passion and drive is to see vulnerable children, their families and communities being transformed and flourishing in life.
