As the founder of REVShare, Joseph Gray maintains a leadership position in the television advertising industry. In 1988, Mr. Gray was first exposed to Cost-per-Action television advertising. His continued fascination with this form of advertising lead to the creation of AMN Television Marketing, now REVShare, in 1989. Mr. Gray oversaw the company's growth into the largest Cost-per-Action Television Advertising Network at one time representing over 1700 television properties across the United States and Canada. Mr. Gray is credited with developing the technology that established the industry’s first unwired broadcast network specifically for Cost-per-Action Advertising. Mr. Gray pioneered new solutions to quantify the value of Cost-per-Action television ad delivery leveraging ad tracking technologies and applying data from Nielsen, SQAD, and others. These innovative solutions helped to increase the value of Cost-per-Action inventory by providing advertisers with an understanding of both response and brand metrics. Mr. Gray's vision was to develop new programmatic models that would further enhance the value of Cost-per-Action inventory without being disruptive to the traditional way in which media is priced and sold by broadcasters and cable networks.
