* Evaluating the human auditory system through otoscopic examinations, pure tone air, bone and speech audiometry.* Analyzing audiometric results and recommending varied treatment and product options. * Fully addressing questions regarding the benefits of hearing aids and overcoming concerns/objections.* Programming and fine tuning hearing aids digitally using software from all major hearing aid manufacturers employing best practices.* Performing needed adjustments to fitted products; complying with all procedural company quality standards and guidelines to maximize product performance * Making ear impressions for ear molds, ear protection and audio equipment.* Facilitating office management duties through proper documentation of appointments. * Interfacing with hearing aid manufactures regarding orders, repairs and service. * Ensuring smooth office operations with seamless professional patient care.
