Design, develop, test and deploy software for various projects. Work with clients to determine requirements, plan solutions and resolve technical issues. Worked on international teams using agile methodologies to help develop an enterprise service bus as well as web application front ends and back ends used for payment processing, quoting, and sales.Across these projects I lead development for a multithreaded Java service bus and a Java payment web app. I wrote SQL queries, MongoDB data migration scripts, an Azure chat bot, and a drag-and-drop form designer using React. Also I developed front ends using SCSS styling and various HTML template systems, and I fixed tricky technical issues in web app back ends.I have helped scale web applications, fix bugs, write automated tests, create test mocks, handle deployments, resolve performance issues, lead knowledge transfer sessions abroad and onboard new team members. Along the way I have enjoyed learning new technologies, being a part of constructive teams and creating usable systems that solve problems.

In this position I provided technical assistance and teaching aid to students of the course CSC 216 Programming Concepts - Java. I held office hours to help students with technical issues, concepts they struggled with, and road blocks they encountered when working on class projects. I would also grade student assignments and provide feedback.
