Responsible for developing reporting extracts from the HR system to be used by upper management in key decision making processes.

Was responsible for assisting Horizon in two of their upgrades from HRMS 8.00 to HRMS 8.8 and HRMS 8.8 to HRMS 8.9 as well as providing technical support for their PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, Finance and ELM systems. Horizon processes payroll on a bi-weekly basis for close to 5000 employees. Worked closely with the project manager, project leader, employees and other IS Consultants to accomplish these tasks. Upgrade analysis included the developing of a monitoring system to track the run frequencies of Horizon’s SQRs and Application Engine processes.

Was responsible for assisting Merck in their upgrade from PeopleTools 7.50 to PeopleTools 7.56 and HRMS 7.50 to HRMS 7.51 as well as assisting them in their implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS for their international employees and PeopleSoft Training and Administration for their domestic employees. Worked closely with the project manager, project leader, DBA and other IS Consultants to accomplish these tasks. Upgrade analysis includes developing standards and procedures for migration of projects and tracking of customizations and PeopleSoft fixes.

Was responsible for assisting Honeywell formerly AlliedSignal in their upgrade from PeopleSoft HRMS 5.11 to HRMS 7.01 as well as assisting them in their implementation of PeopleSoft payroll for 44,000 employees. Worked closely with the project leader and other IS Consultants to accomplish these tasks. Performed online modifications using Application Designer and related debugging tools, as well as creating upgrade projects to migrate and implement the customizations. Responsible for coding 20 SQRs and 20 shell scripts to process PeopleSoft payroll. These shell scripts are executed through the process scheduler and run the heart of the payroll calculation process. Implemented a dependency function between the processes. Applied PeopleSoft tax updates. Responsible for analyzing and documenting the customizations which were applied by the client and previous consultants. This involved analysis of the PeopleSoft COBOL, stored SQL Statements, Pages, Records, and PeopleCode. Used Upgrade Compare reports to identify and analyze on-line customizations to underlying components. Used Application Upgrade to perform the actual upgrade. Created dozens of SQR's and hundreds of shell scripts to run their required batch processing. Honeywell has been running HRMS 7

Was responsible for assisting Time Warner in their transition to PeopleSoft version 5.11. Worked closely with the HR Manager and Senior Analysts of the IS Department to implement both on-line New Hire customizations and batch processing in UNIX using SQRs to pass data between PeopleSoft and both MSA and GENESYS payroll systems. Also created SQRs to load compensation data into the custom Compensation system developed in PeopleSoft. Created around 60 SQRs and 50 UNIX shell scripts. Created 6 Crystal reports to extract the Compensation data. TIME has been live since June of 1997.

Was part of a team responsible for bringing BASF up and running on CSS which is ADP's version of PeopleSoft. Worked closely with the Manager, Project Leader, and Senior Analysts of the IS Department to create all batch processing and cron jobs in UNIX along with 25 SQRs necessary to interface between the CSS System and their third party vendors. Worked closely with the Manager, Director, and Vice President of the Human Resources Department to make extensive on-line customizations of J. Was responsible for developing and modifying programs contained in the PeopleSoft Payroll/Human Resources System. This involved modifying and creating SQRs to report against the PeopleSoft Payroll tables. This project was based on SQR, Oracle and UNIX and ran on both an HPI50 and an HP890. Ernst & Young have been live since July 1994.Prior to assisting in the implementation of PeopleSoft, was responsible for maintaining an MSA Payroll System based on COBOL and ran on UNISYS hardware.

Was responsible for customizing, modifying, and developing software for the Manufacturing Department. This software made use of the language of COBOL.
