Accomplishments include instituting a hub-and-spoke system that eliminated redundancy and improved efficiency, successfully managed projects to completion early and under budget, helped oversee acquisition of another company and helped lead integration project, directed the operations of 8 records centers with a budget of $8.5 million, directly supervised 2 operations managers, 1 transportation manager, 1 administrative/office manager and a staff of 120 employees.Spent 1 year selling supplementary insurance.Have worked for Greyhound Lines, Inc. since 2002, having started as a driver for 4 years and then worked my way up in the company as an operations supervisor for a year, a city manager for 9 years, a regional manager for 3 years and now as a regional vice president since September 2019.
